Individual Unit Features

  • Each unit has a private, covered patio overlooking the reflecting pool.

How to Buy a Unit

  1. Choose your Unit, after reviewing all the information provided by us.

  2. Complete and sign the Reservation Agreement and pay a refundable deposit of US$5,000 to secure the unit

  3. Advise us of the name and contact information of your attorney-at-law.

  4. The vendor' s attorney will send your attorney the draft legal documents and their invoice showing the instalment(s) due for your review and signature.

  5. Within 30 days of your attorney receiving the draft documents, sign and return them to the vendor  along with your payment for the total instalment(s) invoiced.

  6. Further instalments will be invoiced to you by the vendor as  certain pre-defined stages are reached

  7. At completion of the project the vendor will obtain a Certificate of Compliance from the local Planning Department and send a copy to your attorney along with their invoice for the final payment due.

  8. Your attorney and the vendor's, will then complete the sale legally and you will receive freehold title to your Unit.

Instalments Are Payable As Follows :

  • A deposit of US$5,000 to reserve the unit of your choice for 30 days, until you sign the Sale Agreement. This deposit is refundable in full if you decide not to sign the Agreement.

  • 15% on signing the Sale Agreement in respect of the land, less the deposit above.

  • 25% when we complete 25% of the construction (QS certificate will be furnished) – Actual billing date SEP 2018

  • 25% when we complete 50% (QS cert.)- Actual billing date APR 2019

  • 25% when we complete 75% (QS cert.) – Actual billing date DEC 2019

  • 10% on legal transfer of title. – Est. billing date NOV 2020
