​Standard finishes include ceramic tiles throughout, including shower areas and kitchen countertops.  Built-in cupboards and wardrobes, skirting boards around the floors and ceiling mouldings are also included. Interior and exterior wall finishes will be trowel plastic in an exterior colour of your choice.  Electrical and plumbing will be done for you along with regrading of the soil around the property.  You can make a selection from four choices of exterior doors.  Any optional extras will be at an additional cost and these include walkways, fencing, solar water heating, decoran/solid surface countertop and marble vanities and much more.
